The political landscape of Nasarawa State is in mourning following the demise of one of its most prominent figures, His Excellency, Senator Solomon Aku Ewuga. Reacting to the sad news, Hon. Barr. Mairiga Esson, Member representing Lafia North at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, released a statement describing the death as a "colossal loss" for the state and the nation. He was a man who dedicated a significant part of his life to public service, leaving indelible marks as a Deputy Governor, a distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic, a capable Minister of State for the FCT, and a respected political leader in Nasarawa State.
